2020 KPHA Annual Conference Exhibitors/Sponsors

Exhibitor and Sponsor registration opens December 1, 2019 for the 2020 KPHA Conference, scheduled for April 22-24 at the  Northern Kentucky Convention Center  in Covington, KY.  This year's theme is "2020 Transformation - A Clear Vision For A Healthy Kentucky ."    The conference unites over 400 public health professionals and practitioners from throughout the Commonwealth with various businesses and organizations.   It is through generous contributions and exhibitors that the annual conference is such a great success. 

Exhibitor set-up time is Wednesday, April 22, from 8:00-10:00 AM.  Exhibits will open on Wednesday, April 22 with a "Meet, Greet, and Eat with the Exhibitors"  for conference attendees from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM.  Exhibits will close from 1:00 -2:30 PM, with a break for the exhibitors, and will reopen from 2:30-5:00 PM.  On Thursday, April 23, exhibits will be open from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM, with break down from 3:00-5:00 PM.   

Registation forms are due no later that March 16, 2020.  A limited number of exhibit spaces are available, so reserve yours today.  For details see the Exhibits/Sponsorships flier.  As a benefit this year, electricity will be included, if needed.  For more exhibit information, see the Northern KY Convention Center Information Kit.
