2019 KPHA Annual Conference Exhibitors/Sponsors

Exhibitor and Sponsor registration is now officially open for the 2019 KPHA Conference, scheduled for April 10-12 at the  Northern Kentucky Convention Center  in Covington, KY.  This year's theme is "New Public Health Challenges in an Ever-Changing World."    The conference unites over 400 public health professionals and practitioners from throughout the Commonwealth with various businesses and organizations.   It is through generous contributions and exhibitors that the annual conference is such a great success. 

Exhibitor set-up time is Wednesday, April 10, from 8:00-10:00 AM.  Exhibits will open on Wednesday, April 10 with a "Meet, Greet, and Eat with the Exhibitors"  for conference attendees from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM.  Exhibits will close from 1:00 -2:30 PM, with a break for the exhibitors, and will reopen from 2:30-5:00 PM.  On Thursday, April 11, exhibits will be open from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM, with break down from 3:00-5:00 PM.   

Tickets are available for the Cincinnati Reds v Miami Marlins baseball game on Wednesday, April 10 at 6:40 pm for $25 each, and for a Queen City Underground Tour on Thursday, April 11 at 6:00 pm for $35 each (includes transportation from convention center).    

Registation forms are due no later that March 1, 2019.  A limited number of exhibit spaces are available, so reserve yours today.  For details see the Exhibits/Sponsorships flier.  As a benefit this year, electricity will be included, if needed.  For more exhibit information, see the Northern KY Convention Center Information Kit (link to be provided at a later date).
